The Alvarez family have been growing and processing coffee for over 100 years. Here, at El Borbollon, where the climate is mild and the and land is rich with volcanic soil, Eduardo Alvarez continues the work which has been passed down over four generations. This coffee was grown across two farms, “La Reforma” and “Finca Santa Maria”, before being picked and carried here, to El Borbollon, where Eduardo processes all his coffees using practices which have been refined for over a century.
